Founder and CEO
Robert ("Bob") Morrow is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kenilworth Equities. Since starting Kenilworth Equities in 1964, Robert has been involved in the development and ownership of more than 3,700 apartments, 750,000 square feet of office space and 250,000 square feet of retail buildings along the east coast. Robert has participated in the sponsorship of more than 16 cooperative and condominium conversions.
Robert graduated from New York Law School with an LL.B and LL.M, Masters in Federal Taxation.
Dina Bean

President and COO
Dina Bean is President and Chief Operating Officer at Kenilworth Equities. Dina's 30 years of experience at Kenilworth Equities includes handling the day to day operations of the firm consisting of managing Kenilworth Equities' apartment rental, retail and office properties, overseeing the co-op and condo portfolio, placing insurance for Kenilworth Equities' properties, building financing (where appropriate), budgeting, and financial review.
Dina graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Michele Falk has been Chief Financial Officer at Kenilworth Equities since 2001. Prior to joining Kenilworth Equities, Michele worked at The Related Companies, The Jack Parker Corporation and as a public accountant with E and Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. Experiences focusing on residential or commercial and construction accounting.
Michele graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Howard Silverman

Howard Silverman is Kenilworth's Controller and has been with Kenilworth Equities since 2002. Prior to his time at Kenilworth Equities, Howard worked as a public accountant with a broad client-centric focus providing auditing, tax and advisory services in several sectors of the real estate industry such as acquisitions, valuations, construction, and management.
Howard is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Casey Edelstein

Executive Vice President
Casey Edelstein is Executive Vice President at Kenilworth Equities. Casey joined Kenilworth in 2020 after 4 years at CBRE's New York Consulting Group where his primary responsibilities included developing, analyzing and executing real estate strategies for major corporations, and creating cash flow and other financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of both leased and owned assets on a cash and P and L basis. As a Manhattan native and having extensive knowledge on both the New York City and Hamptons real estate markets, Casey is dedicated to serving both his buyers and sellers real estate needs.
Casey graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
